Refund & Cancellation Policy

  Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In any event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money [excluding taxes], provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an objective investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects/orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will be able to accept a cancellation request at any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall initiate/process the refund within 24 hours following the cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. The timeline for receipt of refund amount in your account would depend on banking/payment gateway timelines once the refund has been initiated from our end. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Refund Policy

 If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the account linked with the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. We shall initiate/process the refund within 24 hours following the cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. The timeline for receipt of refund amount in your account would depend on banking/payment gateway timelines once the refund has been initiated from our end.
