Write a 500-800 words article on: “What does diversity and inclusion mean to me?”

Category 1: Teachers /Educators in Schools, Colleges teaching at any level
Category 2: Educators working directly with children in NGOs or Social Enterprises
Category 3: Anyone above the age of 18 yrs.
Category 4: Teachers participating in the online refresher course, organized by BPS HRDC Khanpur Kalan

What are the 4 categories to submit your entry?
Category 1: Teachers /Educators in Schools, Colleges teaching at any level
Category 2: Educators working directly with children in NGOs or Social Enterprises
Category 3: Anyone above the age of 18 yrs.

What are the key rules
Rules:
- It should be an original article.
- Articles should not be longer than 800 words and should not be shorter than 500 words
- You can quote others with proper citations. But it should not be a copy-paste from other locations.
- Use personal examples and reflections.
- Don’t write only on the basis of your opinion. Read, and explore- especially from the resource videos and blogs of Ginny’s Planet. This will strengthen your perspectives faster.
- Use simple language. If you use any technical words (jargon), then explain them.
- The submission has to be done in Hindi or English only.
- Team Ginny’s Planet is not eligible to participate
- The postal address should be the same as the address of communication. This is where winners will get the books if their entry is selected. The postal addresses will remain confidential with Ginny’s Planet and not be given to any third party.
What do winners get?
- The top 5 entries will be selected from each category & posted on Ginny’s Planet website with the name and affiliation of the author.
- Grit: The Vishwas Story: A graphic novel as a free Gift to the author of each entry selected to be posted on Ginny’s Planet website.
Can children participate?
In this contest, we are inviting only those above the age of 18 yrs. Please submit your entry only if you are above 18 yrs old.
