User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

ginnysplanet.com is under no obligation to monitor or review the user contributed content. ginnysplanet.com assumes no responsibility for the content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate messages/content and no responsibility for the conduct of any user of this service. However, ginnysplanet.com reserves the right to review the content posted and to remove any content in its sole discretion. ginnysplanet.com does not permit or authorize infringement of intellectual property rights and reserves the right to remove the content without any prior intimation, upon proper notification that such member uploaded content infringes the intellectual property rights including the copyright of the rightful owner.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Terms of Service [Products]

Shipping

For orders placed for products where payment has been made in advance

Dipatch period: 2-3 days from the date of receipt of the order
Delivery Period: 2-10 days from date of receipt of order [depending on the delivery address in India] 

For bulk or special orders placed for products where partial advance has been received: 
Dispatch period: As per the quotation and purchase order
Delivery period: 2-10 days from the date of dispatch [depending on the delivert address in India]

At Ginny’s Planet, we offer shipping all over India at a very nominal price. We only make use of reliable courier companies. Ginny’s Planet is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Ginny’s Planet. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Ginny’s Planet, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

We will be able to accept a cancellation request at any time before the day we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall intiate/process the refund within 24 hours following the cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. The timeline for receipt of refund amount in your account would depend on banking/payment gateway timelines once the refund has been initiated from our end. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are not based in India, you can pay in the currency accepted by the payment gateway used by Ginny’s Planet. 

Processing Orders

Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at contact@ginnysplanet.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Return Policy

 We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The chance of damage is very rare. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:-

• Ginny’s Planet offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation, missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on the website.
• Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product, and negligence on the part of the customer.
• The replacement window is for 15 days from the date the order is delivered to you.
• For any damaged or incorrect product received, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
• Before confirming an exchange/replacement, we would require proof of defect in the product in the form of a photo or the unboxing video.
• Kindly share the unboxing video so that we can get it checked and assist you accordingly.
• The replacement/Coupon code is processed only after the defective product is received and confirmed at the warehouse.
• In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you the option of buying another product of the same cost.

We will process a return only if:

• We determine that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not different from what we shipped to you.
• You return the product in its original condition

Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

To the extent we use your personal information to market our offers and new product launches, there is an option provided to opt out of intimations.
